What their doing is putting passwords into the account that come close to what your using they keep putting different passwords in till they get a hit another thing they do is send things to your account like pop ups that say things call this number now. This is because you have malware or spyware and to get it fixed you have to pay them they make it look like they fixed it but in actuality they didn't and they ask for more money once they get you hooked. You have to be one step ahead of them hard to do cause they have been at this for a long time.
