My daughters are harassed by their former friend through abusive cell phone messages. When they started blocking his messages , using his knowledge of the names and numbers of our relatives he is sending whatsapp messages to our relatives and friends. Even a legal notice issued through a criminal lawyer did not prevent him and he resumed his name tarnishing activity. Please address suitable means of stopping him
