I am writing a book, I know you have the cover, but how should I arrange my pages before the prologue, I have a picture map like thing to add in there... and I do not want the contents page, and what about the title pages? I do not know what spacing to use, what font, or size -currently as 1.5; Palatino Linotype; 12- or even how many spaces at the top of the page of a new chapter.... I do not know what to do after the epilogue before the back cover....
I know it's an opinion, but a little help please?
How should my book be set up?

It depends. If you plan to self-publish it, than yes, that would work. However self-publishing is expensive and would mean no one would ever read the book. If you want to publish it through a company than you should find their guidelines and/or contact them. I think it's awesome your writing a book and I wish you luck!
I think(not positive) that the company will ask you how you would like the pages to be set up. Fonts and text sizes are totally up to you, and you may choose it based on the book. For example, a diary type book may have a sort of hand-written font. Also, look at published books to get an idea of how you want yours to be.
Well I am not publishing it right now, and I was wondering how I should set it up, or would the company do so for me?
