like how should i make the begining sound intresting or an introduction of the characters or plot and so people have the idea of the characters so it doesnt seem to start off so messy..

It's called a narrative hook.
There's no single way to do it, nor any that are universally more effective than others - always depends on the reader.
A good guideline, however, is employing techniques of shock, distinguishing oneself from the standard, and building up a sense of suspense.
Read enough novels / intros, and you'll get a sense of the ones that you personally find the most intriguing. Adapt these styles to your own ideas, and you should be able to create something which may attract readers whose proclivities match your own.
