I recently bought a car and I finished a survey from the car manufacturer.
I actually put everything truly and my experience was not really good there.
So I put like 4 out of 10.
A day later, I got a call from a car dealer said "You ruined my career, you should call me before you do a survey. But it is over now."
I kind of feel bad at some point but I am so frustrated because he called me and start complaining about the survey that I did... He actually said I lied on the survey.
Should I lie on a survey? I am really confused after I got a call from a dealer..
How should I do a survey. Should I just put whatever I feel or just lie about it..?

That is always the problem with surveys from a statistical point of view. A lot of the time, the answers are rarely true. Most surveys are either extremely positive or extremely negative because people feel more inclined to voice their opinion. You should always try your best to be truthful in a survey, reguardless of the possible outcomes. The car dealer should learn to do his job better, honestly.
Indeed, the survey shows the truth about the business of people who afraid to find out about it or not willing to hear about it. You cannot satisfy the needs of all the participants, correct> Just do what you need to do, so at least the people who use that service will be grateful for that. And lie is not a good option to choose
