Well, first it might be a good idea to try and find out what's causing you stress and whether there is some way to avoid it. Maybe you could write down what it is that's stressing you out on a piece of paper and then list things you could do to help manage that stress. Sometimes something as simple as getting good night's sleep can help reduce stress. If the stress keeps getting worse, it might be a good idea to talk to a family member or friend about it. Or maybe even a counsellor if you wanted to. Don't be afraid to ask for help if you need it. I hope your stress load decreases soon. :)
