My ex-wife was asked by a judge under oath if she was abiding by the court order visitation to the letter if she was letting me see my children and she said yes when in fact and i have 100% evidence she has not. What could she face?
How severe is it if my ex wife lied to the judge when asked if she was allowing me to see my kids?

Its a very big deal. Talk to your lawyer.
"Perjury is a criminal act that occurs when a person lies or makes statements that are not truthful while under oath. For example, if a person is asked to testify in a criminal proceeding and they are under oath but do not tell the truth, they can be charged with perjury if it is discovered that they have lied."
Why no she's committing perjury but what would it be a misdemeanor or a felony
