How often does a beautician sanitize her hands?

Hopefully she sanitizes often. After each time she touches her nose or her ears or after she uses the bathroom or after she eats etc. A beautician can't be too germophobic for the sake of his/her clients.

My friend does eye lashes and she wears a surgical mask when working with her clients because she doesn't want to breathe in their faces.
