The only way to lose weight in one week is to cut it off. Diet pills are of no use to lose weight, except that they make you lose wter: a gallon weighs eight pounds.
You need to read some books about nutrition so you know how to eat right. Fat is made of carbon and hydrogen. The only way it comes out of the body is if it is turned into carbon dioxide and water and then it comes out through the lungs. So that involves a lot of heavy breathing, and that means jogging or aerobic dancing. Figure on losing one pound per week when you are doing things right.
I have done this so many times...in a week you will lose about 5-10 lbs. It sucks though cause it never stays off. I suggest an egg and veggie diet, cook a couple eggs with some veggies with a tiny bit of butter or natural fat three times a day. You can eat boiled eggs if you want instead too. Drink lots of lemon water, unsweetened tea or tea with stevia, you can also have a couple's iced coffee's with 30 cal unsweetened almond vanilla milk and stevia. You will lose the same amount of weight, but your body won't be starving. I've done this one and It's the best quick weight loss IMO. If you don't want to think too much, and it's still healthy too! Take a multi vitamin. Good luck

Now what i would recommend is that you get rid of those diet pills as they are placebos. A way to actually 'burn' that fat from you would be to drink lots of grapefruit juice. Yes you may think to yourself that grapefruit has an unpleasant taste and has lots of sugar in it, whats surprising about this superfood is that it has a chemical called Naringenin which gives the fruit a bitter taste but the chemical does a wonderful thing to your liver. The chemical tells your body to stop storing that fat and instead use it for fuel. I have done this for about a week and i have lost about 5lbs. Thisis without exercise, imagine the effects if you did exercise.
Can I do this with heart problems? I was told it was bad for my heart...
