I feel stupid asking this but I didnt know where else to go. Im 23 male I went swimming today in the ocean within 1/2 hour of shaving. After I got out of the water the places I shaved (my face neck and private area) felt like on fire and very itchy. I never shaved and went swimming that soon after. is the salt in the water the reason? Is it just my skin or was there something else in the ocean maybe causing this reaction? also not to get into my personal business but my scrotum and the area I shaved around my genitals was of course under my bathing suit and I was wearing underware under them so it wasn't like direct contact with the ocean water itself so would that make a difference? any help please!
