I weigh around 110 kgs. And my Ideal weight should be around 70-80 kgs. I am a boy on a low carb diet and no workouts or gym...I play cricket or soccer for about 2 hours everyday

Hello there! It all depends on your body type and on how strictly you follow your diet and how much exercise. It can usually take a few months but if you're exercising at least 1 hour a day and eating a healthy amount of food for you, (no carbs, sugar, etc) you'll start seeing slight changes during the first weeks. I suggest you visit a nutritionist so he or she can give you a diet plan.
