I am a single parent. I have an 10 yr old son. I about to graduate from school. I will have a certificate in Phlebotomy. Let me just say moving to NY is just an idea at this point. I am looking for a new start in another state. NY has always seemed very interesting so I am just exploring the option of moving there in the future. 1-2 yrs maybe. I know it will be very expensive with rent groceries utilities transportation etc. If I decide to move there it will be just me and my son. I am not a party girl i dont drink at all and if my son can't go with me I dont usually dont go. So am I being realistic with my possible plans?
How much money do I need to save to move to NY?

sometimes expenses can burden a person and i can relate about wanting a new start does your son have a dad that might weigh in on moving to a new state if not your free and clear most ly i would save at least 3000-5000 to move you might could do it if you find a good job in newyork if you apply with jobs that are in newyork you may just fall into sink with the job moving you and paying for expenses that would be a plus some jobs do that i think you would be okay
