How much money can I ask for in a civil case?

I have been harassed for twelve year by my neighbor I have been sent to the mental hospital because of this. For six days. I have my records of incident. I have a case file proving the years of abuse. I also went to the hospital for twenty four days because of this form of harassment and mental abuse. Please do not tell me to se a lawyer. I already tried that. What civil court, and how much can I receive? Can you answer me this question or not? Thank you.
