I'm 16. I'm about 6 foot and about 160lbs. I've always worked out off and on, like hit the gym for a week or two and then not go for a while. But the past month I've been going pretty hard with the equipment I have in my garage. I usually run about a mile and then work with dumbells, a benchpress, and deadlift. I also work in push-ups and sit-ups . My routine feels like it is getting a little easier, but still a good workout, which usually last about an hour by the way. Anyway, what I want to know is how much longer it will take until I start to look stronger and more defined. I eat somewhat healthy, with plenty of water and milk and protein.

Well, it depends on what you consider stronger, but I'm assuming you mean more muscular in appearance. In order to have a proper workout, you have to workout a muscle group until just before it starts to hurt, but don't go until the point it hurts you. I'd say probably a few more months or so. Remember to slowly progress your workout.
