I have a women's Wittnauer watch HT8053 Swiss 0125. The entire watch is gold, face and band, but I don't know if it's real or not. Can someone tell me about how much this watch is worth?

They aren't collectable and are costume jewellery watches, that is watches designed to look far more valuable than they are and there are dozens vintage and antique wittnaeur watches on ebay for under 100 dollars (US). The model you quote HT8053 is not gold it is gold tone, gold coloured paint basically. Your best bet is to take it to an antique shop or insurance agent and ask for a valuation. Without a hands on examination it is impossible to give you an accurate figure but it is highly unlikely you will get more than 25 dollars for it. Sorrry..
