How much gelatin does one pig produce?

Details:

I'm looking to see how much gelatin can be harvested from one singular animal, be it a pig, or a horse, or from cattle.

Added 3+ months ago:

Any range or estimation would be nice, doesn't have to be exact.

Any size, any type, just any sort of approxiamate average of how much is harvested from each animal.
