There is a general formula used by engineers to ascertain the viability of a new airport hub in any modern metropolis; it is as follows:
First, 1/8th of preliminary 1/4 of the country's GDP is divided by the natural log of the current population estimate. This formula is only accurate if the exponent of the 'Z' plane has a non-zero vector.
The resulting figure is compared to the inverse of Log N1 (assuming N=0), giving the required figure.
