I've gone from 15 to 20 minutes per day to almost an 60 minutes per day in just under two weeks. when I was younger I was active for no less than two hours per day and one hour on weekends.
I've been reading about so called exercise addiction. There is literally a disorder or addiction diagnosis for just about anything these days... Exercise Addict for example.

I agree with you. I usually don't get more than 45 minutes per day right now. But I can get up to sixty if I worked at it. I'm 5'4" inches around 260lbs, my scale is unreliable so I need a new one. But I need to lose at least 100lbs according to the charts the military uses.
