I have low pain tolerance and getting helix piercing tomorrow, what does it feel like and how much does it hurt?

Cartilage piercings generally hurt enough to bring tears to your eyes, however you can buy an over the counter topical anesthetic cream that you can put on half an hour before the piercing takes place. With the anesthetic, the piercing should feel like just pressure on your ear when the needle goes through and then more pressure when the earring goes in.
