How much chromium picolinate is too much and what are possible side effects?

It should say both these things on the side of the pack (or it will be Google-able). I don't really know a lot about it but I'm guessing you're using it for a chromium deficiency. I heard from somewhere that it's unknown how much chromium we actually need. Same for many metals.
