Im in recovery for a eating disorder since February, Several weeks ago i jumped to 110lbs but now im back to 105 i guess and i eat breakfast dinner and nigt snack. But i have 3 sausage patties, yogurt, and mini waffles and something to drink and like 30 minutes later i weighed and it said 106.8 how much can weight fluctuate??? A persons weight changes through out the day. I would suggest eating less meat. You don't need to stop eating meat but meat is a heavier food. So when you do have meat, eat it for breakfast. For lunch have a light meal like a bean and cheese burrito with some brown rice or you could skip lunch and have a snack, like some yogurt and a piece of fruit and a small light meal for dinner.
Most people do not need three meals a day and exercising will make a difference. Try exercising randomly during the day for at least ten minutes. It could be a walk or cardio workouts you can do in your bedroom. You will see a difference.
