Michael Jackson's childhood was short lived, due to him joining his brothers in the Jackson 5 and beginning his legendary music career at such a young age. His father, Joseph, was very professional in a sense and didn't tolerate much less than success. Michael worked endlessly to perfect his music. It was the only way of work he learned to use. Anything less than perfection was bad and wouldn't work out in the music industry. In his autobiography, Moonwalk, he talks about his tireless sessions in the studio, working to make albums even better than the last.
Michael Jackson's childhood helped to influence his music by producing influential, perfectly-scripted music that we still and will forever enjoy. His music reflects his beliefs and feelings.
