I was planning on taking the SAT twice and the ACT twice, but after researching, I found out that some colleges only recommend taking three tests total. Is this true? If I am going to take three tests, then I am going to take the ACT twice and the SAT once. Will colleges care if I take four tests total? I know that some colleges require you to send all scores, and most of the colleges that I plan on applying to do require this. I want to get as much of a chance possible to get into these colleges, and I don't want something like this to hurt my admission chances. Also, if someone can tell me how many tests you took and where you got accepted, it would be appreciated. I really want to see someone's personal experience, because I know it can be different for many people.Thank you!
How many times should I take the SAT and ACT?

They don't care how many you take as long as you do well. Also, colleges usually will be okay if you only give them the scores from one of those tests. I recommend taking both tests once first to find which test you liked better then take whichever test you preferred again. Don't stress yourself out about this.
