If you were to measure the earths spin in rounds per minute (RPM) What would the value be? Remember I'm looking for the most precise answer i can get, and I know the earth doesn't spin at EXACTLY 24 hours for a full rotation. There has to be some offset, even if its by a second.
This is why I set it for a conversation, So you can put your immediate answer, and once you figure out a more precise measurement, post again. This is optional though.
