There is much more to pant size than weight drop. Your personal body type ( small medium or large framed) lean body mass and body fat all are factors. That being said the healthiest way to drop your six pant sizes is by finding your daily caloric needs, making a moderate deficit to that need (15-20%) getting lots of cardio and doing some basic resistance training two or three days a week. This is so you dont lose lean body mass while losing body fat. Best of luck to you
