I have a 2003 jeep wrangler. I took the back bench out but left the seat belts. I layer put in a massive sub box. I want to know if people can sit on the floor with seatbelts on and if its not legal. Also I live in New York.

you could probably fit mabe 4 people in your car as long as you have the seat belts still and they are seat belted in you should be okay just mind your traffic signals speed ,and road laws and make sure everything on your vehicle works their less apt to pull you over
