if someone is pregnant, how long does it take to turn from blood to human

A Foetus does not start out as blood, it starts out as an ovum (egg) and a sperm which fertilizes it. The egg then starts to divide and multiply giving it many more cells. Roughly nine months are the fertilization of the egg a baby is full term and usually delivered.
The cells are at all times human.
To be more precise:
The sperm may be in the vagina for hours before it penetrates an ova. It takes about 24 hours for the genetic material to mix. This single cell starts to divide. When it reaches about 300 cells (after 5-6 days) the blastocyst enters the uterus and goes about trying to plant itself in the uterine wall. This can take a day or two. It's only after implantation that the embryo begins to develop, and it is some time before the embryo become a fetus. This is why opposition to the day after pill is so wrong headed.
