long story short: i have been dealijg with anorexia for a while, i just lost quite a bit of weight after getting home- from a hospital. i got down to 95 ( im 5"5) not my lowest by any stretch but still kinda low. anyway i am recovering at home bc nothing else worked. my first "team" had me on 3500 calories from the start, at a very underweight. second i wasnt nearly as little, and i was on 2500. now im in the middle towards the bigger... and i have no idea. i kinda just jumped. went from starving pretty much to 1500, then today i did 1700. and i asked a question on yahoo earlier and some girl told me that was way too much to start and very unhealthy.. but im so confused.. noones ever had me on less than 2500?? im very full? should i slow down? should i speed up? should I continue this number ? someone please tell me what to do be blunt dont give me shit to read on some other cite just give me some damn numbers please...
