50 jumping jacks
2:00 running in place
15 push ups
2:00 running in place
40 squats
1:00 running in place
25 jumping jacks
1:00 running in place
10 push ups
1:00 running in place
20 squats
1:00 running in place
1:00 plank
1:00 mountain climbers
It is said to burn 1 000 calories but i highly doubt it...
If it helps i weigh 108 lbs (48 kg)
