How long does it take to get an anti ADD/ADHD stimulant prescription?

How long does it take to get an adderall prescription (if I visit a good, expensive doctor)? (Maximum/minimum dates please)

Normally I live in Kazakhstan, yet for the next three weeks I will live in the United States (I am a US citizen and I do have a US passport). I have strong ADD and I really need help (It's frustrating and horrible)! Please tell me how long it takes for a doctor to prescribe any stimulant that will ameliorate my HORRID condition.

if you go to a mental health clinic they can get you a presciption they have to evaluate you but it is for a good reason but thats the type of clinic you need to go to it shouldn't take long if the therapist lets their dr know that you need it it shouldn't take to long
