So.. I thought I was using super glue but I used Epoxy glue to stick fabric onto my poster board. It leaks through and makes the fabric look wet!! It's been about one day and it still hasn't dried. The project is due tomorrow! What do I do, or how should I wait?

You are not making sense. Superglue is one liquid that sets instantly with a bit of moisture. Epoxy glue consists of two liquids that have to be mixed very well and then sets in some time determined by its chemistry, which time is printed on the containers, 5 minutes to 24 hours. Neither dries. Epoxy will set right away if you heat it a little bit. If you used only one component of epoxy, you need to rinse it out with isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol. Then learn your business before you try to do this again.
I suggest you get a hot glue gun. That is what the other artsy craftsy people use for fabrics.
