I fell off my horse onto my back three days ago and when i went to the hospital the doctor told me i had damaged my muscle and pinched a nerve. i dont think its a sciatica nerve because when i get that sharp shooting pain it doesnt go down my leg it just stays in my lower right back. just worried that its not going to get better or if it gets worse can anyone help me?

well when you have pinched nerve in your back it acts like a damaged muscle but its not its a pinched nerve this can take a lot of ice and hot packs while trying to get it healed this could take awhile having the pain shoot down your leg isn't anything fun now it can take quiet a while to heal because of the damage that was done to the muscle
