I have provided my landlord multiple opportunities to fix a AC unit in the state of Arizona they have provided a portable AC on a ground unit with no windows only sliding doors in the middle of a very sketchy area so it's not really a solution My apartment consistently gets over 82° and I'm trying to figure out how long I would have after giving a written notice that they failed to provide functioning AC and if not fixed within 5 days we would terminate the lease to vacate without being charged extra. They consistently mark the work orders complete when they aren't.
