How likely is lung cancer if your coughing up small amounts of blood?

I had pneumonia for over a month was given antibiotics 4 times. And didn't cough up blood until the pneumonia had cleared. Blood work is normal. I always cough and have chest pain, wheezing. Short of breath with normal activities. Normal results from pulmonary function test.
