Some people said that one of the main causes of ww2 is treaty of versailles, but ww2 was about Britain and France declaring war on Germany when Hitler wanted to invade Poland, and treaty of versailles was used for punishing Germany after ww1, I just don't understand. Maybe I'm kinda stupid, so please tell me in detail why it is related to ww2 and how it caused ww2, thank you very much!!
How is the Treaty of Versailles related to ww2? How did it lead ww2?

The stupid ones are the ones who keep saying wars are caused by this or that human motivation. Even a casual study of history clearly reveals that there is no particular cause of wars. An economist name Kondratieff studied market records going back 1200 years and found a cycle of roughly 55 years length. Each cycle included two wars. So you start with the Gulf War in 1990 and count back 55 years and you get WW2. In the middle was the Vietnam War, so you count back 55 years from 1970 and you get WW1. Continue that process as long as you please, remembering that it might not always be exactly 55 years. Count forward from 1970 and we can expect another major war about 2025.
The only cause of a war is that it was time for a war.
