I'm 16 and overweight, 6'4" tall Male. I've gained 2 stone from 14 st to 16 st in the past 6 months and feel tired and lethargic all of the time. I eat a donner kebab every day and have been known to eat two if i'm 'hungry'. MY gluttony is clearly visible as i now have a prominent gut, perky moobs and a double chin so big I find it hard to button my school polo shirt. I know i have an addiction but these kebabs are just too good; even as i write this i'm munching on the greasy meat. In addition to that, I sit and play video games all day long when not at school.
I don't mind being fatter, i'm just wondering where this diet will take me.
How is my lifestyle affecting me?

I understand I need to either stop my kebab gorging or make them healthier but i cant. We can only really afford food like this and can't add healthier options. Additionally, its hard to stop when my parents keep buying them for me. However, i do need to stop but I can't turn away from my greasy heaven. I have had multiple chest pains, shortness of breath and (EXPLICIT) trouble getting erect. It is as though my mind does not care - i just eat them and eat them. MY skin has gotten oily and my constant lounging means i am in a constant state of sweating. What will happen to me should I continue?

In order you can eat kabobs but put more health food on them that's grilled instead of greasy it isn't healthy to eat greasy food I think they can be fixed differently so that your fat content is low and your not getting all the grease I would mind getting fatter really I would cut your video gaming down and get some exercise in its place.
