How is correct to say: well done eggs or eggs well done?

I've never heard either.

I've heard:

over easy vs. over hard
or runny yolk vs solid yolk

Thank you but I am referring more about the structure, in UK they use a lot "eggs well done "but I want to know exactly if the other version is correct or not .
