If an installer is charging 31.50 for himself and 21.50 for his help on a job and getting all the pay. Then how much should he be paying his help?

The amount the helper gets should be an hourly wage agreed up prior to the work being done. If the supervisor charges $20 an hour and pays the helper $10 an hour that is the supervisors choice and how a profit is made. The helpers wage should be determined prior to the work.
