How I run 3 phase induction motor on dc12v?

Details:

i have a motor which is toshiba 3 phase induction motor that runs on 230v AC.I want to run that on 12v dc power.how can i do it.

You need an engineer to design a power converter. A better approach would be a 12 volt motor turning a 230 volt 3 phase generator. It's not a good plan, but it is possible.
