Hello Vishal,
It is good to keep body fit and strong. You can do this by planning your daily routine.
Get up early in the morning go for run and do exercise or join Gym.
Take healthy breakfast and eat fresh food.
Drink 8-10 glass water and add fruits in between your lunch and dinner.
Dinner should be light and if possible walk after every meal.
