How I become english speaker?

To be a native English speaker you need just to speak very much (some years).but to solve grammar problems you just need to say the sentence in your brain and think if it sounds ok.
I actually don't know exactly the theory of past progressive or past perfect, but I just compare it to the way it sounds.

for example.
You don't know if "The car is washed every day" is correct so you can think if "The car is washing every day" sounds ok, of course not because "is washing" is something that happens now, but there is "every day" so this is why it is not correct.

Think that way and it'll be better. Or just simply learn the theories ^^.
