There just isn't any particular answer to your question.
Car makers have been working for a long time to reduce wind resistance to a minimum. That is why all cars are shaped like a turtle now: that shape catches the least wind resistance. There is still some effect, but tires have some drag too, so the car would coast to a stop no matter what.
