How far behind on rent before can you get before being evicted?

First of all, I'm really sorry and I do hope that everything works out. I will say though, if the manager wants you caught up, he can evict you if you don't meet his deadline. Perhaps if you begin to catch up on a few rent payments he might extend the time limit.
