Over the past year I've cut back on eating meats a lot. I can go almost a week and then I eat just a small amount, but then that gives me stomach aches.
I know that Almonds, Peanuts are a good source of protein as well as Eggs, veggies and oatmeal. Are there any other foods that have a high source of protein.
I'm currently on a Low-Carb/Low-sugar and High Fiber diet. I can have carbs but only if they are healthy carbs. I've been on it for a couple of weeks and I'm already seeing results, but I want more choices in snacks.
How else can I get protein when I don't eat meat as often?

sounds easy enough. Meat hurts my stomach now that I don't eat it that much, once or twice a week tops.
