How does the water crisis affect people in Malaysia?

We are doing a survey on the effect of water crisis on people living in Malaysia, centered mainly on Malaysians. 

If you are experiencing water crisis in your own country, or you are a foreigner who is caught up in Malaysian problems, you are more than welcome to answer.

What consists of Water Crisis:

The state largely depends on water from the sungai selangor dam which supppplies more than 60% of demand in kuala lumper putrajava and selangor febuary 28 to may 1 millions of households endured water rationing as water levels at the dam went to as low as 31% barely 1% above the critical level this will only resolved once the langat 2 water treatment plant project is completed in 2017
