Technically, the answer should be C. The color of a light source doesn't really depend on the frequency of light, but instead on the wavelength of the light waves put out by that source. The longer the wavelength, the redder the light; likewise, the shorter the wavelength, the bluer the light.
It's an odd question though. The speed of light in a vacuum, c, is always equal to the wavelength times the frequency. The speed of light in a vacuum, however, is always constant (299,792,458 meters/second). This means that if the wavelength decreases, then frequency must increase so that c can remain constant. By this logic, then a higher frequency would yield a lower wavelength, making the light source bluer. This means that A is technically also the right answer.
If I were you, I would mark the answer as A. If you get it wrong, then use that previous argument to prove that you are correct.
