How does ringworm spread so quick?

Ivehad ringworm for weeks now and its spreading over my whole body is that normal?
Is there tablets I can take that might treat the rest of my body because the cream isnt lasting very long.

if your sure that its ringworm you need to go to the dr because they can give you medication and other things to help get rid of it if you have a pet that has it or were around one that has it the animal needs to be treated as well for ring worm
