The only way to get tax-exempt status is to incorporate under the Internal Revenue Code. That means the company exists by permission of IRS, so "bias" is hardly a matter for discussion. Your company has sold its soul in exchange for protection. Bias is part of the deal. The alternative is to be an establishment of religion, which is excluded from all bias, including tax exemptions.
