How does eMotors Consignment work? Is this 100% safe ?

eMotors Consignment is not trustworthy. They change their process and procedure during your transaction with them. They advertise that one half the purchase price of an item be sent. Then they will ship the item to you for a 10 day inspection and money back if not satisfied. Once you send the money, they will email you that the your payment was received and now they need the remaining balance in full. The item is not shipped until full payment is received. Good luck if you request a refund. I have not received my $2K back. Consumer be aware !
