How does a weather balloon expand as it rises?

Well, there is a short way and the long way.

The short way is that the sun heat's up the air or the rubber which then expands.

The long way is that when the particles in the air spread out, like from ..... to . . . . When they spread out they push against the rubber to then expand it.
